This class is designed to be brief, affordable and beginner friendly. Discover pain management techniques through guided meditation.

Seating is limited.

Cost is $12 per person. Classes are seated not lying. You may bring your own blanket. Meditation space has reverse cycle heating/air.

Duration 30 minutes. Content varies weekly.

As a Clinical Hypnotherapist I have a special interest in pain management and illness related anxiety. With the advancement of medical science, we can now measure and monitor how the brain perceives pain and how mind states can positively influence neural pathways and the pain response.

As a practitioner, I have helped clients with cancer, head injury, rheumatoid arthritis, neuropathic pain, spinal injuries and surgery pain. Meditation not only helps reduce pain signals, it has the added benefit of restoring equilibrium after injury changes an individual’s physical abilities and general lifestyle.

These classes are designed to help beginners through to advanced meditators manage pain by connecting to recovery, healing and comfort through simple dissociation techniques and guided visualisation.
